Missed your bus? Here is the rule
Your ticket stays valid for a later bus when all three apply:

Same day
Take a later departure on the same date as your ticket

Same route and conditions
Same origin, destination and ticket conditions as your booking

Seats available
Board the next departure that still has free seats, at no extra cost
What to do if a late flight makes you miss your bus
- Don’t buy a new ticket. Keep your ADO booking confirmation and your ID at hand.
- Go to the ADO staff at the terminal (the ADO counter or boarding area) and tell them you missed your bus.
- Board the next available departure on the same route that same day. There is no extra cost, as long as the bus has free seats.
- If the next bus is full, the staff will place you on a later departure that same day with seats available.
This applies to the same route, under the same ticket conditions, on the same day as your original ticket. A trip on another day or on a different route is a ticket change, and the usual ADO change conditions apply.
